Lianne is a deeply compassionate and experienced therapist who has spent over 20 years walking alongside families, parents, and individuals navigating some of life’s most complex and challenging moments.
Her work is grounded in connection first. Lianne believes that feeling safe, seen, and genuinely understood is where real change begins. She brings a calm, intuitive presence to her work, creating a space where people can show up exactly as they are - without judgement, pressure, or expectation.
Lianne has extensive experience supporting parents, particularly where there has been trauma, substance use, family violence, or challenges in the parent-child relationship. She holds a strong belief in the power of attachment and connection, and in the capacity for relationships to heal and reshape our stories over time.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Lianne has spent many years leading and supporting teams, always with a focus on care, trust, and authenticity. She understands the importance of feeling supported not just as a client, but as a human being.
Her approach is flexible and guided by the individual. Rather than fitting people into a model, she works gently and collaboratively, drawing on a range of approaches to meet each person where they are.
At the heart of Lianne’s work is a simple intention: to offer a space where people feel believed in, supported, and reminded of their own strength - even when things feel uncertain or overwhelming.
