Compliments, Feedback and or Complaints.
At arcs, we value feedback in all its forms.
Compliments help us recognise what is experienced as supportive and meaningful, while concerns or complaints can highlight where something may not have felt as intended.
We understand that feedback may come from experiences that carry weight. Where possible, we encourage you to share your feedback in a way that helps us understand your perspective, so we can reflect carefully and continue to develop our work.
We’ve chosen not to require your name or email for this form. We understand that sharing honest feedback, particularly concerns, can feel difficult, and removing these fields is intended to support openness.
If you would like us to know who you are or to be contacted, you are welcome to include your details and let us know if further contact is wanted. These fields have been left optional to reduce barriers to sharing feedback that can meaningfully support the ongoing development of our service for those affected by separation and relational trauma.
